This mare is bred to run. Her sire is Moonin The Eagle by One Famous Eagle ($1,387,000 LTE, $37,800,000 PE) out of Your First Moon ($750,000 LTE and $2,200,000 PE & AQHA Dam of Distinction).
MOONIN THE EAGLE won over $540k in just 14 starts. He won or placed in 10 of the 14. He set a 440 yard track record at Remington Park and 440 yard track record at Hialeah Park. While in race training, he was seized by the federal government in 2016 before being sold two years later for an, at the time, record $2.1 million. The most ever for a racing Quarter Horse stud.
Unfortunately he passed away at the age of 9, having only six foal crops. Of that 4 are of racing age having earned almost $5.2 million.
